About ISO
Our payroll service has recently been accredited with ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems, ISO 27001 Information Security Standards and ISO 27701:2021 Security Techniques for Privacy Information Management Systems. Achieving ISO accreditation means better risk and quality management for our clients. Although accuracy and regulatory compliance has long been at the forefront of our organisation, this accreditation provides demonstrable proof of Paycheck Plus’ commitment to quality and security.
My role involves detailing and maintaining the standard operational practices of Paycheck Plus. This consists of all company policies, procedures and associated records. These procedures ensure that we have a standard means of assessing our payroll bureau’s compliance against all of our client’s requirements as well as any other payroll processing criteria. It is meticulous work, but it is vital to ensuring we maintain consistently high payroll service levels. And it is great to work for an organisation that whole-heartedly supports this work and the ISO 9001 standard that verifies it.
Security of payroll data is paramount. As an organisation we want to provide our payroll processing clients with the confidence and assurance they deserve. So we are immensely proud of our Information Security Standard (ISO 27001) accreditation. This standard, pertains to our payroll services’ security arrangements. It is a means of assessing the level of information security compliance within the payroll bureau.
About Me
Naturally, being a payroll processor, it is vitally important to reassure all clients that we have the necessary control measures in place to verify our compliance. But our commitment to Information Security and Quality Management goes beyond the policies and procedures. As part of my role, all Paycheck Plus employees are also trained on the various tasks to be carried out that ensure that we are adhering to ISO 9001 & ISO 27001. We are not just concerned with managing the physical security risks involved in running a Payroll Bureau we are also determined to provide the country’s best outsourced payroll service and our ISO accreditations help make that possible. My role encompasses Quality control, and full responsibility for detailing and maintaining the standard operational practices of Paycheck Plus. This consists of all company policies, procedures and associated records. I enjoy the organisational aspect of this, along with the build up to our Audits which occur annually.

As our payroll company’s ISO and Continuous Improvement Manager, Conor is responsible for ensuring our payroll bureau’s compliance with all of our ISO accreditations. Conor provides expert payroll services to a range of clients across Ireland and the UK. He has numerous payroll accreditations from the Irish Payroll Association and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and he is a qualified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.
