Meet the Judges: Duncan Graham

Duncan Graham Managing Director Retail Excellence

Originally from Nottingham Duncan has a wealth of experience in Irish retail since his arrival in Cork in 1996 where he spent 2 years with Marks and Spencer in Cork before relocating to Dublin. In 1999 he moved ‘across the road’ to Brown Thomas in Grafton street where he spent 3 years as General Manager before taking on a role as CEO in the fashion industry. For the last 8 years Duncan has worked as Retail Director for Specsavers covering Ireland, Scotland and Spain. Duncan says ‘I am delighted to have joined Retail Excellence at such a critical point for the retail, it’s an honour to follow David and I am looking forward to working with retailers and partners from across the country as we shape the industry for the future’.
