The Global Payroll Awards is a leading platform organised by the Global Payroll Association that celebrates and rewards technical excellence, professional development and teamwork within the payroll industry.

The Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of businesses and individuals within the payroll community. The Awards have been running since 2016 and sells out with over 300 payroll professionals in attendance every year.

In-country payroll provider of the year 2023: This award recognises the provider that demonstrates excellence in delivering payroll services within a specific country, showcasing knowledge, expertise and innovation in local regulations and compliance.

Payroll specialist of the year (Chelsea Lawless – client payroll executive): This award acknowledges the individual who has demonstrated exceptional expertise, knowledge and contribution in the field of payroll, making a significant impact in their organisation or in the industry as a whole.

Payroll student of the year (Emily Neilon – trainee payroll specialist): This award recognises the student or trainee who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, passion and potential in the field of payroll, showing a commitment to learning and growth in their role.

Payroll Team of the Year: This award acknowledges the team that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration, leadership and achievement in delivering payroll services to their organisation and clients, showing a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
